Survey and Condition Reports

Osirion Building Conservation offers historic building surveys and reports specific to the needs of the client, ranging from non-intrusive visual surveys to comprehensive condition analyses. Working at the pre-tender stage, we liaise closely with Conservation Officers, Architects and Structural Engineers.

Following the inspection, a report is produced detailing areas of concern, including photographs and drawings. This will highlight structural concerns and a diagnosis of defects outlining probable causes. With this specific information we can offer clear advice and specify cost effective remedial works, specific to the historic and cultural value of the building.
